What is this role
As a Receiving Checker for Cirkul you will inspect inbound material to verify quality/quantity accuracy per the paperwork.
What does an average day look like
Driving Results: Inspect all inbound shipments. Print Master Labels for all pallets and tag pallets.
Taking Ownership: Verify carton and shipment quantities via inbound paperwork by SKU.
Making Decisions: Coordinate with the Warehouse team on shipment unloading priorities.
Cultivating Relationships: Work with our Quality Assurance Team to resolve all quality concerns identified during the inspection process. Also work with the Receiving Analyst to resolve any discrepancies and communicate with Purchasing any discrepancies identified during the receipt process.
Instilling Trust: Record inbound/outbound times for shipments and process trucking paperwork with drivers.
Customer Focus: Hit daily inbound shipment targets and complete each individual task in an effective and timely manner.
