Description of the role:
Welcome to Quality Chevrolet GMC! We are seeking a dedicated Service Reception/Coordinator to join our team in Englewood NJ. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our service department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming service appointments and schedule accordingly
- Greet customers with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferably in an automotive service setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
