About You
To access the fully funded training with TES Academy you must:Be aged 18Be able to pass a Network Rail Medical and Drugs & Alcohol ScreeningWilling to travel within an hour across the Northeast region (Driver essential).Be available for the duration of the training dates
Be a driver with own vehicleThe Rail Possession Support Staff typical shift:Carry out safety critical tasks under the control of the Person In Charge of Possession (PICOP)Place marker boards and detonators within safe working limits to create safe work sites on the rail linesTo comply with all safety requirementsEnsure all PPE is worn as all tools appropriately and all courses and team briefs as good timekeeping and act in a professional manner
