Job Description
Teledyne LeCroy Inc. designs manufactures and markets state of the art test and measurement products. Engineering teams around the globe use Teledyne LeCroy systems to develop next generation communication consumer electronics and computer products.
We are looking for temporary support in our Service Department to coordinate a physical reorganization of the service storage area. This role works closely with the entire service team. This role will be based on-site in Chestnut Ridge NY and report to the Director of World Wide Service and Repair
Responsibilities:
- Ensure files both hard copy and electronic are kept up to date and the general upkeep of related files and documents are maintained
- Send files to offsite storage in accordance with records retention schedule
- Assist with the production of reports
- Other related activities as required by management
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of Outlook Excel and Word a plus.
