Your Role:

In this role youll take ownership of a defined supplier portfoliocrafting and executing smart procurement strategies that ensure continuity of supply sharp pricing and top-tier supplier performance. But its not just about the numbersits about creating meaningful partnerships that fuel growth and innovation.

Youll work hand-in-hand with our Marketing and R&D teams to unlock access to cutting-edge technologies premium quality and breakthrough ideas. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions through accurate pricing forecasts and risk-aware commercial negotiations.

Youll also play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and New Product Development (NPD) processeshelping us bring new products to market with confidence and agility.

And you wont be doing it alone. Youll collaborate across the wider DuluxGroup Procurement function to drive efficiencies share best practices and elevate procurement standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and partner with suppliers to ensure suppliers meet or exceed key performance indicators in particular Supplier IFOT and quality.
• Build detailed category and sourcing strategies for the designated portfolio identifying opportunities to reduce cost of supply to Selleys reduce supply chain complexity and identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations delivering competitive to market costs for Selleys
• Involvement in supplier change projects NPD and product change projects

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years experience in procurement roles is essential.
• High commercial acumen and experience leading commercial and contractual negotiations
• Strong communication facilitation and influencing skills.
• Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
