We are hiring on behalf of a well-regarded legal practice in Belfast who are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This is a long-term permanent position offering the opportunity to work closely with qualified solicitors and partners on complex legal matters with clear client exposure and responsibility without the requirement to progress into a training contract.

The Role Paralegal
- Provide high-quality support across a range of litigation or conveyancing matters
- Assist in case file preparation drafting legal documentation and client correspondence
- Conduct legal research and summarise findings for solicitor/partner use
- Liaise with courts clients and third parties regarding ongoing matters
- Maintain accurate case management records and support with document bundling
- Attend internal meetings and contribute to legal project timelines and administration
- Be a trusted and reliable resource for the legal team contributing to smooth matter progression

- Previous experience working as a paralegal in a legal practice
- Strong legal drafting research and document-handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident dealing with clients colleagues and external parties professionally
- Strong IT and case management system skills
- A team player with a genuine interest in developing long-term expertise in a paralegal capacity
