SummaryBrivo a global leader in cloud-based access control and smart space solutions is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing EMEA global accounts hybrid role based in London or Amsterdam focuses on developing new business within our German (DACH) and Benelux markets. The positions responsibilities will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of daily sales operations.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and self-directed entry-level professional who brings a passion for technology a consultative sales approach and a proven ability to drive new business. The successful candidate will build relationships with prospects develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls emails and social media.
- Qualify leads arrange appointments and manage prospects through to successful deal closure.
- Recruit onboard and foster relationships with partners within your territory.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on strategic partner plans and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Educate prospective clients and partners on Brivos security platform compatible devices and integrations.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations via phone and video clearly communicating value and key differentiators.
- Prepare accurate quotes respond to customer queries provide timely sales forecasts and support field sales colleagues with pre-sales activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads activities and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Brivo at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and expand our network.
Qualifications- 1 years of experience in sales business development or account management (2 years in channel sales within the security technology or SaaS sectors preferred).
- Familiarity with SaaS solution-led selling and a consultative sales approach.
- Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound activity.
- Fluent in both English & German (written & verbal). Dutch and/or French fluency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Collaborative team player with a self-motivated independent working style.
- Degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and business communication tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Energetic driven and professional with a positive outlook.
- Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
The compensation package for this full-time position offers a base salary of 35000 - 40000 per annum (with on-target earnings of 45000 - 55000). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location training and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and where applicable incentive or overtime pay) Brivonians may be eligible for a benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
