Who are we looking for
Linklaters Belgium is looking for a bright and confidentlawyer to reinforce its Tax team.
When should you apply
- You have 0 to 5 years experience and a keen interest in tax and legal matters on a global scale.
- You are a native French speaker (or perfectly bilingual FR/NL) and have an excellent command of English and Dutch.
- You obtained a Belgian law degree with excellent academic results possibly combined with additional education abroad or a postgraduate degree in tax law.
- You have a strong analytical sense excellent drafting skills are commercially aware and solution oriented.
- You are a team player and you have the ability to navigate complex cases whilst staying focused on the desired output and client satisfaction.
- You are curious and have an entrepreneurial mindset youre creative and willing to challenge the status quo knowing you will be based in a firm which is striving to be consistently excellent admired and at the cutting edge of the global legal market.

Our team is known for structuring the most complex and challengingfinancial transactions including regulatory capital and hybrid financing packages structured bond transactions rights issues loan agreements and securitizations.
Ourcontentious taxgroupprovides experienced advice and guidance at all stages of a potential dispute with a tax authority or a third party on a tax-related matter.
We support clients through a variety of business challenges including advising on tax aspects ofcrisis management.
