This part-time role is ideal for a motivated detail-oriented student looking to grow their HR skillset in a professional faith-based work environment. Youll help drive key HR functionslike recruitment onboarding and process improvementwhile receiving mentorship and development opportunities. Exceptional performance may lead to continued employment or a full-time internship in the future.

In this role youll also support our efforts in Brazil helping to screen and onboard graders and instructors serving Portuguese-speaking students. Your language skills and cultural understanding will be key in ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Important: To be considered for this position candidates must be fluent in Portuguese. If you are not fluent in Portuguese please consider applying for our other HR Assistant position. Candidates must also be currently enrolled in a CES Institution reside within commuting distance of the Salt Lake City area be willing to work onsite 23 days per week and have current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
