Location: Gurgaon India

About the role
The purpose of this role is to improve customer response time and resolution time accomplish first-time-fix and accomplish customer satisfaction
Role Responsibilities:
Should be able to handle chillers including scroll screw and centrifugal chillers.
Should be able to troubleshoot and address problems in chillers
Should have knowledge of low side electrical systema and VFDs
Minimum Requirements:
Should have a diploma in relevant stream
Should have hands-on experience on chillers
Should have 5-7 years of experience
