ISS STOXX is seeking a talentedSenior Corporate Technical Recruiterfor our Mumbai office.
Overview:
The focus of the role is on full life-cycle recruiting for assigned/multiple business units within Mumbai or across Asia Pacific.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders hiring managers and HR business partners. You will perform candidate generation candidate and hiring manager engagement and amazing customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing assessment and closing approaches; manage customer/partner expectations.
- Recruit passive and active candidates. Screen candidates clearly articulate position requirements for a variety of skill and experience levels. Provide timely detailed interview notes in our ATS (Workday).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
- Building deep partnerships with technical managers and hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps business and team dynamics and form recruiting plans.
- Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing Boolean searches candidate referrals social networking etc.
- Research recommend and participate in industry relevant events including campus recruiting and conferences/meet ups
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Implement any new processes and standardize processes for recruiting that fits within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Work with the business HR and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 Years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in Finance Services / Fintech Banking and IT is preferred
- Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree in Psychology Human Resources or other related discipline.
- Experience in hiring across a broad range of technologies such as Python Java Cloud platforms Data Engineering DevOps and Front-end Frameworks like React Angular.
- Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
- Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas hard to fill roles and diversity.
- Strong consultative skills particularly in the areas of salary equity internal movement and workforce planning.
- Exceptional interviewing communication negotiation/closing organization and problem-solving skills.
- With good presentation skills and proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in Workday as ATS would be nice to have.
- Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must.
- Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries is nice to have.
- High energy passion and drive with a strong positive outlook.
