Lead a team of sales executives and coordinate closely with the in-house telecalling team (4-5 members).
Use prior experience and industry network to generate quality leads for commercial office unit sales.
Oversee lead management conversion tracking and pipeline performance.
Initiate and manage relationships with real estate channel partners and brokers in Thane Mulund Nahur Bhandup Kalyan Dombivli Ambernath Badlapur and Bhiwandi.
Drive footfall to the project site and ensure office units are ready to sell from the first week of August.
Develop sales strategy and track team productivity.
Preferred Candidate Location: Thane Mulund Nahur Bhandup and surrounding areas
Preferred Industry: Real estate (residential or commercial)
