Programme Delivery Consultant
Location: Hybrid -typically one day a week in your local office (South West North or London) plus travel to client sites when needed.

Up to 62000 per annum bonus benefits

Im looking for a Programme Delivery Consultant to join a growing consulting team delivering meaningful change across Financial Services. Youll lead smaller change programmes or manage key workstreams within larger initiatives taking real ownership rather than just providing PMO support.

What youll do:

  • Deliver business process or technology change projects for Financial Services clients
  • Work independently or with senior teams to mobilise and guide delivery
  • Develop and improve delivery tools methods and propositions
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and support new business

What youll have:

  • 5 years of hands-on delivery experience in Financial Services (Insurance Life Pensions or Investments)
  • Consulting background preferred or internal change experience with a commercial mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable with hybrid working and travel across the UK

Nice if you have:

  • PMO or project management background
  • Exposure to varied clients and change challenges
