In Medtronics Surgical Innovations (SI) portfolio were committed to forging new paths and partnerships that help healthcare systems improve clinical outcomes expand access to care and optimize operational efficiencies. The SI Remote Sales rep sells Medtronics Surgical Portfolio products remotely & retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations in this office-based role.
A Day in the Life
As a Service and Warranty Remote Sales Representativeyou will play a key role in driving the success of Medtronics Surgical Innovations US Service and Warranty Portfolio by supporting customers in the US Acute and Alternate Site marketplace. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers Regional Service Leaders and Warranty Specialists to help expand service and warranty adoption and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will focus on building customer relationships providing tailored service and warranty solutions and supporting the team in achieving sales goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn consultative selling techniques deepen your understanding of service-based sales and contribute to Medtronics mission of improving healthcare outcomes

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.
