As a Part-Time Dispatcher Admin at Coit Services Inc. you can expect to engage in a variety of tasks daily. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. You will manage customer inquiries and resolve any scheduling conflicts that may arise. Additionally you will maintain accurate records and assist with data entry related to service appointments. Your expected work schedule will primarily be during Daytime hours allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
