Job Description
TheSenior Planneris responsible forbrandalignmentwith creativeworkand roleusescustomer insightinthemulticulturalspaceandutilizessocial trendsto present creative strategies to role will work with a government agency.
What you will do
- Develop brand strategies write creative briefs guide development and presentation ofcreativework
- Brief and collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure alignment of strategic direction and creativedevelopment
- Recommends and implements research that will aid in the consumer insight gathering and strategicprocess
- Design conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies for both insight generation and creativedevelopment
- Developsaccurateand insightful conclusions from research data and presents strategy and direction to theclient
- Monitors and interprets cultural and social trends relevant to the clientsbusiness
- Lead andparticipatein new businessstrategiesand present ideas at new businesspitches
Your experience
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS)
- 5 years of experience in planning at a creative agency or on a creative brand
- Advertising agency experience with segment experience targeting multicultural consumers withexpertisein the Hispanic consumermindset
- Experienced using and interpreting syndicatedresearch
- Ability to read analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources such as trade journals research reports whitepapers and cross-tabulated surveydata
- Ability to effectively present research results to customersclients and other agency employees
- Comfortable working with/without supportingteams
- Ability to travel for client and agencymeetings
