Job Description
Job Summary
As a Box Office Assistant you will be a representative of the Athletic Department on game days and possibly during the week during normal business hours. This position will report to the Assistant AD Tickets. We are looking for friendly outgoing and professional individuals that may or may not enjoy athletics but definitely enjoy working with the general public. University of Portland Athletics is committed to change and stand against racism and systemic discrimination in our department program on our campus and in our community. We are committed to the well-being education and equality of every person and are committed to taking action to drive societal and systematic change.
Minimum Qualifications
Friendly outgoing and professional Available to work games during the evenings on the weekends and possibly over breaks Ability to work shifts that range in duration Being ok with missing some home games due to job responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Local students strongly preferred Green Dot full training certified or willing to go through the Green Dot training Interest in athletics Knowledge of various sports
