Iona University seeks applicants for the Director of CSTEP on its New Rochelle campus. CSTEP is a New York State Department of Education funded program. The goal of CSTEP is to increase the number of students from under-represented groups who are pursuing professional licensure and careers in mathematics science technology and health-related fields ( CSTEP provides academic enrichment and co-curricular experiences to students pursuing STEM and professional programs. The Director will lead and coordinate all CSTEP activities.

A Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred)
3-5 years of experience as a director or assistant director of a student support program/opportunity program
