As an Operations Supervisor- Image Services in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will oversee a team and ensure that all team unit objectives and standards are consistently met. Your flexibility will be key in problem-solving and helping employees assist customers to resolve their questions and concerns is a core part of what you do.
