As an Outside Sales Engineer your primary responsibility will be to drive direct sales activities within southern region of Poland (Katowice Gliwice Oplskie lskie) to maximize results and achieve set objectives. You will conduct market research maintain excellent customer relations and provide technical consultations to meet business needs effectively. Collaboration with the Inside Sales team is crucial along with active participation in internal meetings trainings and industry events to improve your understanding and deliver better solutions.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Execute a strategic action plan to advance sales growth expand market share and identify new opportunities and potential customers within the designated region
  • Conduct detailed market research and monitor industry changes to effectively classify and engage new clients aligning them with appropriate categories.
  • Maintain and improve customer relationships through regular visits technical consultations and consistent communication both in person and online.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to streamline operations and ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to the Sales Manager for improving operational efficiency and reducing expenses.
  • Ensure diligent management and protection of the Companys material assets upholding financial responsibility in accordance with legal provisions in case of any damage or loss.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports assessments and documentation ensuring transparency and accuracy to support organizational objectives.

Who You Are:

You are adept at identifying new market opportunities and strategically positioning the company to capitalize on them. You excel in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and technical consultations. With your proactive approach and collaborative spirit you drive sales growth and innovation within the team consistently achieving and exceeding set targets.

For This Role You Will Need:

A degree in engineering ideally specializing in Automation Mechanical Electrical or Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation machine automation fluid control or related process industries.
Solid expertise in technical sales and consulting preferably with industrial automation components.
Outstanding communication skills combined with strong customer orientation and negotiation capabilities.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team demonstrating creativity problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
A valid category B driving license and the willingness to travel for more than 70% of your work time.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint along with proficient verbal and written English and Polish.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

A strong understanding of applications in industrial automation machine automation fluid control systems and hazardous explosive environments.
