Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in HR service delivery or HR operations.
Skills:
Strong leadership team management problem-solving communication and strategic planning skills.
Preferred
Experience: Work for other US based companies
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or CAPM can be beneficial.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow software.
