Priority1 is a growing technology and logistics company that is looking to promote an Inside Sales Supervisor to hire train and develop Inside Sales Representatives here in Little RockAR . This is a great opportunity for a goal-oriented sales leader to transform our business from a logistics company into a technology focused company to capitalize on the growth potential of our business.
Responsibilities:
Help develop a high performance sales team
Hire train mentor and coach staff
Provide Organization and Leadership to the Sales Channels
Meet and exceed goals for new business
Generate and manage leads for sales reps
Facilitate calls to help sales reps close deals and problem solve
Participate in sales meetings and conference calls to give updates on sales targets and sales forecasts
Work with sales management on forecasts and goals

Education & Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months of freight sales experience
Prior documented success selling logistics services in a sales environment
Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast paced team centered environment
A truly hands on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment working well within one and is solution driven
Ability to work independently knowing what needs to be done and able to effectively make that happen
Ability to partner and communicate with management to refine systems and implement best practices
General business and financial acumen
Must relocate to Little Rock AR
A strong desire to operate and grow a business
Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task problem solve and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting normal walking bending twisting and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
