Job Description
Were hiring General Laborers to join a leading secondary aluminum foundry in Chicago Heights. This is a full-time opportunity with shifts available across all three shifts: 1 2 & 3 shifts Were looking for reliable motivated individuals ready to learn and grow in a high-demand industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work in a heavy industrial setting lifting carrying pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards during production.
- Follow all safety proceduressafety always comes first!
- Learn new skills with potential for advancement.
- Adapt to different production tasks as needed.
- Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Attention to detail and willingness to assist with various tasks.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
