ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of our client an innovative company in the food industry is looking for an International Customer Service Agent.
Location: Athens
Working Model: hybrid
You will be reporting to: Commercial Director
What you will do:
As an International Customer Service Agent you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer experience and innovative solutions to international clientele.
More specifically:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
- Orders processing Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice issuance
- Invoicing
- Answer all customer inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue
- Customer support
- Follow up of prepayments balance payments
- Control and entry of commercial invoices in the companys accounting system
- Entry of company expenses
- Communication with the suppliers about payments
- Freight payments and communication with the shipping lines to match payments
- Reporting
- Adhere to company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions
Requirements - University degree in Finance Business Administration or any relevant field of studies
- 2 years of customer service experience preferably in an international setting
- Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
