Job Description
We are seeking Maintenance clerks in Firebaugh CA! During the pistachio season you will play a crucial role in supporting our maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency and safety across our facilities. This seasonal position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic agricultural environment.
Job Title: Maintenance
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts avaialble overtime
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Benefits: Medical Dental AD&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining records of equipment maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to schedule repairs and inspections.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and assist in procurement as needed.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.
- Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations during peak season activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in maintenance or agricultural operations preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak season.
