Join Rockline Industries as a Planning Administrator Rockline Trading Division

As a Planning Administrator in our Rockline Trading division youll play a vital role in supporting our planning and operations teams. Youll help ensure the smooth flow of finished goods manage sample and trial shipments and support customs and quality processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is eager to grow their career in supply chain and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and managenonwoven sample requestsandtrial material shipments
  • Supportfinished goods replenishment planning including purchase orders and shipment documentation
  • Review and approvecustoms broker invoicesto ensure accurate fees duties and taxes
  • Assist withadministrative tasksfor the RT Quality/Technical team
  • Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalentrequired;Associates degree preferred
  • 2 yearsof experience in manufacturing production planning materials management or administrative support
  • Strongdata analysis problem-solving and math skills
  • Proficiency inJD EdwardsMicrosoft Excel andWord
  • Knowledge ofbill of materialsmanufacturing processes andnonwovensis a plus
  • Excellentcommunication skillsand ability to work across teams
  • Highlyorganized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently
