About the Role:
As a Nurse Unit Manager with the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) you will use your advanced clinical knowledge and experience to provide pivotal coordination of care in a designated area within a Health Unit or Community Service.
Your primary focus will be on line management coordination and leadership of nursing midwifery and/or multidisciplinary team activities to ensure high standards of care continuity and client outcomes. In this key leadership role you will be accountable for the quality and outcomes of clinical practices within your area taking responsibility for identifying and addressing inconsistencies between current practices and policy.
You will play a critical role in fostering a positive work culture guiding team development and ensuring professional standards that support both staff wellbeing and exceptional patient experiences.
