About The role
As theTeam Leader Clinician Assist WA you in collaboration with the Manager Clinician Assist WA will lead a multidisciplinary team within the Primary Care portfolio guiding the delivery of the Clinician Assist WA program. Youll oversee daily operations coach and support staff and ensure program content is accurate consistent and aligned with strategic goals. Your role includes managing performance driving continuous improvement facilitating stakeholder engagement and supporting management initiatives. Youll also contribute to promotional and educational activities to increase awareness and utilisation of Clinician Assist across the WA health system.
Location: WAPHA Head Office Level 2 1 Hood Street Subiaco.
Salary: Band 5 ($110465.31 Plus 12% Superannuation depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Maximum term contract (Parental Leave cover from 1.9.2025-23.10.2026 14 months)
