Job Description
- Set Rota: 4 nights on / 4 nights off
- Overnight Shifts: 8:45 PM 7:30 AM
- May include work across Monday to Sunday
- You will be part of the Telecare Service a responsive team assisting vulnerable individuals in their own homes across the city.
- Responding to alarm activations from customers or assistive technology
- Supporting customers with personal care mobilisation and fall recovery
- Assisting ambulance crews when necessary
- Property exit sensors
- Smoke alarms
- Pressure mats
- A full induction including training on the company services and technology will be provided.
