Position:Transport Nurse Location:Bus Route from Milford to Out-of-District SchoolSchedule:2025-2026 School Year Monday Friday 7:00 am 10:00 am & 2:00 pm 5:00 pm *** Note: Wednesday p.m. route is 12:00 pm 3:00 p.m.*Please note the possibility of splitting the position between 2 people if possible or :$40.00 per hourTo Start:August 2025Qualifications:Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseExperience with special needs students with complex medical needsRESPONSIBILITIES:Accompany special needs student during daily van transportation to and from schoolAdministration and documentation of all prescribed medical treatments for student if/when given during transportCollaborate with building nurse in implementation of Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP)Assist in all aspects of daily living activities for student with complex medical needs during transport
