Description

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities for UAC.
  • Contribute significantly to the development and execution of the business development strategy and sales roadmap aligning with company objectives.
  • Expand existing business opportunities by fostering strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders and leveraging these relationships to innovate new products and services.
  • Collaborate on the development and introduction of new products and services.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Conduct research analyse market trends in higher education and broader business landscapes and identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to clients UACs Executive Group and the Business Development Committee of the UAC Board.

What Were Looking for

We seek a commercially savvy professional with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. At least 4 years of successful B2B sales experience demonstrating proactive lead generation and pipeline management.
  2. A track record of revenue generation and closing business deals.
  3. Strong solution-oriented sales skills capable of tailoring bespoke business solutions.
  4. Technical proficiency with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear business propositions including report and proposal writing.
  5. Exceptional organisational and time management skills adept at handling large complex projects simultaneously.
  6. Proven initiative and collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve quantitative KPIs.
  7. Outstanding interpersonal skills capable of influencing decision-makers and engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
  8. Excellent analytical abilities with a knack for innovative planning and execution.
