Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs Educate clients on policy options empowering them to make informed decisions Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting policy approval annual follow-ups Educate clients on available policies and coverage options Stay informed about industry product advancements to enhance your expertise Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Qualifications:
Active Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one we provide guidance) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills for CRM and client management Technical device to conduct business laptop/ Ipad/desktop
