Key Responsibilities:

1. Aftersales System Setup & Local Team Management
- Establish and lead the national LCV aftersales team defining roles and operational workflows;
- Develop and enforce standardized aftersales policies and procedures in line with HQ requirements;
- Define and monitor key KPIs to ensure the team achieves business targets.

2. Service Network Planning & Operations
- Plan and optimize the national service network to ensure strategic market coverage;
- Standardize service processes to improve response time and service consistency;
- Oversee service partner onboarding performance evaluation incentive schemes and exit mechanisms.

3. Training & Technical Support Capability Development
- Build a structured training and certification system for technicians with a focus on new energy and EV repair capabilities;
- Promote deployment and upgrades of service tools and diagnostic systems;
- Lead the technical support team and coordinate with HQ to ensure timely updates of technical information.

4. Parts Operations & Service Support
- Coordinate spare parts strategy inventory planning and supply chain readiness to support frontline service needs;
- Collaborate with parts operations teams to improve availability and turnover efficiency;
- Drive parts sales growth and value-added service development.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction.
- Work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Finance teams to enable a seamless aftersales experience;
- Contribute to policy development (e.g. warranty terms service packages) to support market expansion;
- Supervise resolution of major customer issues ensuring high satisfaction and brand reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Automotive Engineering Business Administration or related fields;
  • 8 years of experience in the automotive industry with 5 years in aftersales management roles;
  • Strong background in EV and LCV aftersales operations including team building and leadership;
  • Hands-on experience in managing service networks technician training and parts operations;
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills with strong project execution ability;
  • Native-level proficiency in the local language and fluent English;
  • Willingness to travel across the region (e.g. Europe) as required.
