Job Description
Monthly Compensation: $1500 $2000 USD
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

About the Role:
We re looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Specialist to optimize our blog content improve search visibility and drive more qualified traffic to the Baking Steel website. You ll audit and improve current content optimize on-page SEO and help build a content strategy that supports our growth goals.
What You ll Do:
- Audit and restructure existing blog content for better SEO performance
- Optimize meta tags headers keywords and other on-page elements
- Insert compelling CTAs to drive newsletter signups and conversions
- Monitor and improve search rankings on Google
- Contribute to broader SEO strategies (link building content clusters technical SEO etc.) depending on your skill set
Tools You ll Likely Use:
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- SEMrush Ahrefs or Ubersuggest
- Shopify Blog CMS and possibly WordPress Yoast SEO or other tools
Who You Are:
- An SEO practitioner with 2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and content optimization
- Comfortable analyzing data and generating insights
- Excellent written English and content editing skills
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce or food-related content
