What is expected in this role:
- Analyze logistics operational and financial data to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and propose data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing profitability;
- Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and initiatives providing regular reports on performance;
- Work in close collaboration with senior leadership including the Chief Operating;
- Officer and the Head of Logistics to align on strategic goals.
What we are looking for (knowledge skills and abilities):
Must-haves
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Business Engineering Mathematics or a related discipline;
- A strong passion for the intersection of business and data with a knack for translating complex analysis into actionable business strategies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in e-commerce and/or logistics sectors;
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
