LinkedIn is seeking a Community Manager to drive creator engagement growth and success-especially within the regional video creator space. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong data-driven mindset persuasive communication skills and a deep understanding of the creator economy. You will develop and execute community initiatives that empower creators to grow their audience and influence on LinkedIn.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Programs: Execute and scale creator community management programs especially targeting regional creators aligned with LinkedIn Indias priorities.
Creator Growth: Onboard and nurture creators through strategic support helping them grow their voice and reach.
Data-Driven Strategy: Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate program impact and continuously optimize strategies.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with editorial teams to highlight and amplify standout creator content.
Brand Evangelism: Act as a champion for the creator community and LinkedIns content products across channels and events.
5 years of experience in community management social media marketing or similar roles focused on relationship management.
Hands-on experience working with video creators especially within regional or vernacular content domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in additional Indian languages is a strong plus).
High proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Strong organizational prioritization and project management skills.
