Job description:
Looking for Business Analyst to join our GEN AI project team. The Business Analyst will be a key player in the agile development process with a strong focus on understanding sprint cycles and crafting well-defined user stories. This role requires a professional who is adept at working cross-functionally with design teams architecture teams and front-end developers to drive consensus and facilitate proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define prioritize and refine user stories ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Understand and actively participate in sprint cycles contributing to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager Product Manager and Scrum Master to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage requirements and track progress.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving to address challenges and remove impediments to team progress.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
- Drive consensus among diverse groups and maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes through feedback and agile best practices.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design architecture and development teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira and ADO.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive consensus among team members and stakeholders.
