100% Onsite Role 4 Dallas and 2 Bothell ( candidate must be local)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in ReactJS NextJS and NodeJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong focus on performance and DevOps activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Web Applications:
- Design develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS NextJS and NodeJS.
- Ensure the applications are scalable secure and performant.
Performance Optimization:
- Focus on performance discussions and drive improvements in application speed and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for optimizing front-end and back-end performance.
DevOps Activities:
- Understand and streamline DevOps activities including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers product managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve our products.
Self-Driven and Motivated:
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
