Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technicians to maintain high machine availability
- Coordinate daily maintenance and service workflow
- Ensure workshop staffing and adherence to service protocols
- Manage customer relationships (internal and external)
- Implement and uphold SHERQ standards
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in a mechanical management role
- Solid experience in the automotive heavy plant or agricultural machinery industry
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repairs
- Computer literacy and ability to use diagnostic software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
