Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS/IAS and internal policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts variance analysis and insightful commentary.

Financial Control & Compliance: Develop implement and monitor robust internal controls ensuring compliance with all statutory tax and regulatory requirements.

Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash management liquidity planning and working capital optimization.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small finance team fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights that support business performance and cost control.

Audit Management: Liaise with internal and external auditors ensuring timely completion of audits.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: BCom. in Commerce or Finance or equivalent; a post-graduate degree is highly desired.

Professional Designation: A Professional Accounting Designation (e.g. CA ACCA CIMA CPA) is required.

Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in an Accounting / Finance area at a Management Level or equivalent experience in Audit.

Industry Experience: Proven experience within the Logistics Service Industry or FMCG sectors is essential.

IT Knowledge: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint); strong ERP system experience is required.

Age: Candidates should be between 30 and 45 years of age.
