SQL Server L1 (with minimum 4 years experience)
Ready to work 24*7 project across multiple database technology.
Ensure database uptime performance and overall health of all SQL Servers as well as supporting systems and infrastructure
L2/L3
(with minimum 6-8 years experience)
Ready to work 24*7 project across multiple database technology.
Ensure database uptime performance and overall health of all SQL Servers as well as supporting systems and infrastructure
Experience with Oracle database 11g12c 18c RAC ASM and Data Guard
Experience with Enterprise Manager for monitoring and administering mission critical databases
Experience with database backup and recovery
Experience with database patching and upgrades
Should be responsible for Oracle Database issues troubleshooting and RCA process per the process.
Experience as DBA in high-load large-sized production DB
Strong experience on Oracle Performance Tuning skills
Troubleshooting experience using ASH/AWR/ADDM features and coming up with actionable resolutions.
Experience with Database Tools (AWR Opatch ASMCMD SRVCTL CRSCTL)
Monitor System Performance & Review contention for CPU memory network and disk resources using performance monitor / os tools
MSSQL/MySQL
Expert knowledge required in SQL Server replication Always-ON performance tuning and optimization troubleshooting and SQL Server internals.
Expert level experience with backups restores and recovery models
Hands-on on other HA/DR topologies like Log Shipping Mirroring and Clustering for SQL Server
Intermediate to Expert level experience in MySQL/ MariaDB installation backup restore recovery security replication troubleshooting failures performance troubleshooting and tuning.
Experince in sybase/PostgreSQL will be added advantage.
