Understand business domain and data entities; model relationships

Design scalable efficient solutions using Amazon Aurora & AWS RDS

Optimize performance: indexing normalization/denormalization I/O

Experience with MySQL PostgreSQL

Advanced Python skills

Prior experience in consumer digital platforms

Implement secure resilient self-healing systems with rollback plans

Develop FastAPI-based high-performance APIs

Write Python code for database utilities procedures and triggers

Monitor DB health bottlenecks and ensure observability & maintainability

Estimate and optimize AWS service costs

Own DevOps and release management for DB systems

Collaborate with app teams to integrate backend and data APIs
