Job Description
Senior Associate Management Accounts.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for delivery of multiple finance and accounting processes. Processes
may include but not limited to
General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
A/R and A/P management
Monthly Quarterly Annual accounting and clients reporting
Annual Financial Statement
Support for statutory accounting and audit
Support in preparation of trackers issue logs and MIS
Payments and Disbursements
Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior
Adhere to delivery service request with 100% of client SLA as agreed upon.
Key requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong Communication Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
Ability to understand and interpret legal/regulatory concepts
Self-driven and highly motivated individual able to work independently
Solution oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred
Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with experience ranging from 2 - 4
years of clearing CA Intermediate both groups.
Working Knowledge of Lease accounting Intercompany transactions
loan amortization and SPV accounting preferred
Knowledge of IFRS would be added advantage.
