Job Description
Designation :Proposals Manager
Company : Leading MNC into EPC / Project Management Manufacturing
Experience: 15 years
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Key Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of PFDs P&IDs and process descriptions.
- Mechanical Engineering background is good especially those who have transitioned into Process Engineering roles but preference is Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in blow-up calculations and valve selection is not required.
- Crystallization/Evaporation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in water treatment process plant package engineering and oil & gas projects.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates who have worked as Process Engineers or Package Engineers are suitable.
- Candidates from Project Management roles or those who have transferred from BD to Proposal Management are acceptable.
- Sales Managers looking to move into a Proposals-focused role are ideal.
Cross-functional Capability:
- Must be able to understand technical requirements and collaborate with sales process and engineering teams.
- Exposure to proposal life cycle and transitioning from proposal to execution is preferred.
