Location: Fort Worth TX (Hybrid Onsite Tues Thurs from Day One)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect with strong Capital Markets and Trading domain expertise. This person will be responsible for designing creating and managing scalable data architectures that power high-volume and high-performance data platforms. The ideal candidate brings proven skills in data modeling cloud data technologies and robust understanding of data governance and security.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable data architectures to support business and analytics needs.
Develop and manage data models data warehouses data lakes and storage solutions.
Standardize ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure high data quality and integrity.
Translate stakeholder requirements into architectural and technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance security and privacy policies.
Evaluate tools and technologies (Relational NoSQL Cloud etc.) for data architecture.
Document architecture data flows and data management processes.
Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability.
Stay current with trends in data engineering platforms and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering product BI etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT Data Science or related field.
Strong hands-on experience as a Data Architect or Data Engineer.
Deep knowledge of Capital Markets Trading Systems and Reference Data.
Expertise in database architecture data modeling and data pipelines.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms and data governance practices.
Familiarity with tools like Power BI Tableau etc.
Experience working with ETL/ELT tools data integration platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with investment management platforms and vendor data landscapes.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance protocols.
Work Model:
Employees are required to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday in Fort Worth TX. Mondays and Fridays are remote (hybrid model). This policy is subject to change per business needs.
