Overview
Client is a highly regulated company with a data-driven analytical management culture and our Human Capital is both our greatest asset and cost. Human Capital data is managed through a global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. This role is focused on supporting both the existing HRIS Product team and the wider HR population with the process support of the SAP SuccessFactors system and other HR Technologies and the data within them.
Responsibilities:
As tier 1 support for HR Technology applications the post-holder will support the users of the SAP SuccessFactors system by monitoring the case management tool (jira) and answering calls related to system and data issues. This covers:
- Liaising with HR and the business to resolve data issues
- Data loads audits and data corrections where required
- Monitor and manage the central organizational structure within SuccessFactors in relation to Departments Division and Business Units
- Monitoring and fixing issues in relation to the integrations with payroll
- Developing and maintaining documentation on product features user guides and training materials for end users
- Provide SuccessFactors training and regular Office Hour calls for users in the central HR Service Centre and local Office Managers
- Operational system support for annual processes managed within SuccessFactors such as Performance Talent and Compensation.
The role will support user acceptance testing validate product features and ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements.
Must Haves:
- Experience of supporting HRIS systems preferably SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Experience of testing or data input into an HR system
- Familiarity with HR data and processes
- Worked in an HR department for at least 2 years
- A good attention to detail and methodical in their approach
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Excel to the level of data cleansing analysis formatting vlookups and pivot tables
- Good analysis skills
