JOB TITLE: Technical Designer 4
LOCATION: Oklahoma City OK
PAY RATE: $66.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Not required to start but must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance post-start

Summary:
-
Leads the development maintenance and release of electrical and mechanical drawings system designs engineering documentation and data in compliance with company industry and government standards across multiple customer programs.

Manage interpret and develop complex design requirements
-
Use design tools to document and maintain configuration and design control
-
Create and update systems designs including layouts and modifications to existing designs
-
Validate complex engineering systems and ensure functional integrity
-
Lead installation and part design processes ranging from simple to complex
-
Coordinate work across cross-functional teams internal stakeholders and external suppliers
-
Review and assign tasks to team members as a technical lead
-
Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
-
An AA degree in a related discipline
-
6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
