Job Description
Sys Admin (Workfront Configuration Consultant)
Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements
Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design
Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable.
Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access template updates report updates etc.) collaborating with the Lead Sys Admin as needed
Support updates to design documentation and configuration workbooks as they relate to configuration optimization
Provide system configuration recommendations and Advise on custom form streamlining
Support user acceptance testing and training; work with the Lead Sys Admin to create test scripts; update any bugs found during testing
Support training office hours or other end-user support and education functions as needed
Architect the overall Workfront solution and SaaS platform for Walmart Connect including design workflows data structures and all object structures
Lead discovery sessions for all implementations and enhancement including onboarding of new teams and personas that are being optimized or re- implemented
Map processes and diagram systems related to workflow management and solution design
Gather document and receive approval on business and technical requirements
Create architectural diagrams
Update design documentation based on stakeholder feedback changes and system evolution over time
Work with the Configuration consultant to ensure system build and configuration according to design
Provide system recommendations and identify integration points
Advise on custom form streamlining and overall solution optimization; consider and design for user experience and usability.
Support user acceptance testing and training; partner with the Sys Admin to create test scripts
