Job Description
Job Title: Education Counsellor
Experience Required: 1 2 years
Location: Andheri East Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about our courses programs and career prospects.
- Understand student needs and provide accurate guidance for educational planning.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Maintain records of student interactions and regular reporting.
- Participate in education fairs seminars and in-house promotional activities.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with students and parents.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 2 years of relevant counselling experience preferably with T.I.M.E. IMS Career Launcher or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and career development.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in education/counselling/psychology).
