Your responsibilities will include:

• solving technical problems of the companys customers related to the use of Google Workspace Providing support for migration from third-party solutions to Google Workspace
• conducting trainings for customers on the Google Workspace solution
• participation in pre-sales meetings with customers Appearing at industry events providing support for the sales and marketing department from a tech perspective
• building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients
• acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts Identifying customer needs and proactively suggesting tailored solutions
• monitoring client satisfaction and taking action to ensure long-term engagement
• supporting customer retention and account growth through ongoing communication and insight sharing
• collaborating with internal teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• is located in Hungary
• is a native speaker of the Hungarian language
• has English at B2 level or higher enabling to communicate effectively in an international environment
• has professional experience in IT and feel confident working independently on technical tasks
• enjoy collaborating with clients solving problems and delivering high-quality support
• has solid working knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail Drive Calendar)
• is familiar with core IT concepts and tools including DNS operating systems and networking
• has strong communication and presentation skills and is comfortable leading training sessions or client demos.

Nice to have:

• hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure GCP AWS)
• knowledge of command line tools (CLI) and working with Linux systems
• familiarity with SaaS tools (CRM ticketing systems etc.
• formal education in IT or related fields is a plus.
